I went to SD MediDent for the first time a couple weeks ago and had the BEST experience. Ericson was the main dental assistant that helped me. I got a teeth cleaning and fitted for my first set of veneers. Ericson was so bubbly, funny, and kind, he made what can usually feel like an uncomfortable (hate teeth cleanings ) experience really relaxing actually. He put on my favorite music, made sure I had all of my questions answered, and he even was super nice and patient to his trainee which he was precepting to her new position there-- always a big plus and a good sign to see employees working well together and taking newbies under their wing.

So I've been dealing with this one wisdom tooth before l could remember. Decided to reach out to their Dentist Cathy Williams-Langley and she allowed me to come in the following day. She explained to me about the procedure and the probability of duration, due to my strong genetic make up :-) lol She then allowed me to watch whatever I wanted to on YouTube to keep me calm through the procedure! My last dentist would never! After several numbing agents my wisdom tooth was gone! I didn't even need to be put to sleep! Amazing and so professional! Even the dental assistant Ericsson was extremely helpful! Oh and not to add this place was so clean!!! Salute to SD MediDent, I will be back next week for a deep cleaning!
